2. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
A $5 trip fee may apply depending on service area.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Please secure pets, valuables, and any hazardous materials before our arrival.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues caused by neglected maintenance, pest infestations, or buildup.
Let us know of any specific cleaning instructions ahead of time.

Payments, Returns & Refunds
Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements are made.
A $5 trip fee may apply based on your location.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you notice that something was missed during your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Missed cleanings reported after 24 hours may be subject to an additional charge.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued on a case-by-case basis if a resolution cannot be reached.
